We are setting up a project centre. If you know of an industrial building (that wont get residential use, not required, can be church, hall, mill, school, that needs a new purpose) and freehold then please inform us.
We are currently looking into funding agencies and schemes. If you wish to make a contribution towards the project centre then please contact us. We can only make the difference if you can. The consequence of what we do through the projects and road-shows is widespread, towards the aims of providing a positive future.
We are building up tools, machines, parts and materials for the projects. Some items you may be storing and its costing you to do so, some you may just skip. Please don’t and give it a RE-USE for a onamission project.
You may be up-dating your laboratories and workshops at schools, colleges or university. Or in other organisations and industry. You may be closing a physics lab down, or a mechanical engineering workshop, don’t let the potential of what you have go to waste. Please contacts us.
You may have your own workshop or industrial heritage, such as old instruments, master clocks, meters and the such. We have projects that will give these purpose. Please don’t let the past be buried, bring it to life through onamission.
You may want to take advantage of corporate funding or projects, staff development and courses. Onamission is here forall, every age and every stage. Whether a project, road-show, club, showcase, the purpose is to add colour and depth into the community with interesting projects. Why not get involved and make it happen!
Tools; we use a wide range of tools, mechanical, electronic and electrical for the projects, why not put the ones you don’t use to good use, contact us.
Parts and Materials; Currently with the gogo-robot project we are looking for d.c. motors. Car window motors, mobility scooter motors and controllers, please don’t let them go to waste.
Machines and Equipment; We have just acquired a Schaublin milling machine, a Myford lathe and a Pitler lathe. If you have useful machines that we can use for prototyping projects please contact. This includes, mechanical, electrical, electronic and computer technology.
